Justin Talerico

Justin Talerico is the co-founder, former CEO and CMO of martech SaaS ion interactive, which was acquired in the fall of 2017 by ScribbleLive. 

Justin founded his first company—an all digital marketing communications firm—in 1992. By 1996, that business was 100% web. By 1998 it had evolved into a high-margin, tech-enabled services firm leveraging a proprietary web CMS platform for clients like Samsung and Fujitsu.

Justin and his co-founders developed and launched a SaaS marketing platform in 2007, rapidly scaling that business to #202 on the Inc 500 in 2010 with customers like Dell and DHL. 

In 2015 Justin led ion interactive’s productization of sophisticated, data-driven interactive capabilities that now empowers hundreds of enterprise brands and agencies to engage, qualify and profile more web traffic. He and his co-founders successfully exited the business in 2017.

Justin is currently a co-founder, passionate writer and consultant at Beacon9—providing vision and execution for growing technology companies.

Justin was born in New York, raised in Florida, began coding at age 9, and now resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and two children. He earned a Bachelor of Science in advertising from the University of Florida.
